Katherine Goldsmith, a third-year NIU Law student, is the 2021 recipient of the prestigious Illinois Judges Foundation’s Harold Sullivan Scholarship.  Katie was recognized during their annual reception, held virtually this year on September 30 and introduced by The Honorable Diann Marsalek (’89).  The $5,000 scholarship was established as a permanent way of transmitting ethical values to new generations of law students.  This scholarship was established in the name of, and to honor, Judge Harold W. Sullivan, one of the founders and a long-time supporter of the Illinois Judges Association.
