DeKalb County Mental Health Board met July 29.

1. Call to Order

The meeting was called to order by the President, Jane Smith, at 9:05 am.

2. Agenda

Mr. Cook moved to approve the agenda; seconded by Ms. Geltz. The motion passed unanimously on a voice vote.

3. Minutes

Mr. Cook moved to approve the minutes of the 06/27/2022 Board meeting; seconded by Mr. Maier. The motion passed unanimously on a voice vote.

July 2022 Claims were discussed.

Ms. Smith moved to approve the July 2022 claims in the amount of $244,412.49; seconded by Ms. Cook. The motion passed unanimously on a roll call vote. Ms. Smith-Yes, Ms. Cook- Yes, Ms. Geltz - Yes, Mr. Cook -Yes, Mr. Maier-Yes, Ms. Quinn

i. Discussed implementing a strategic plan
