a) Consulting fee Wall and Associates 7/14/23 $15,818.02 for 1st quarter 2023 (Q2 was paid in April, as Q1 and Q2 were mislabeled).

b) Lauterbach and Amen benefit services for December 2022 $890; payroll services March 2023 $700; benefit services February 2023 $700 (these three were approved April 28, 2023).

c) Reimer Dobrovolny & Labardi PC #29270 6/09/23 $200 BMO Harris review; January legal services $100.

d) Sikich LLP FY22 Audit $4,965.

e) Foster & Foster $3650 FY22 actuarial valuation (approved April 28, 2023).

f) Fagan 8 hour annual training 6/27/23 IPPFA $275
