2. DKB 2027 TIPS Program Overview
a. Taxiway B rehabilitation (2027)
i. Currently in Design Phase
ii. 35% Design submitted on 11/21/25
iii. Based on aircraft use, the airport is eligible for 35-foot-wide taxiway.Â
The current taxiway is 50 feet wide. Airport staff are working with FAA to justify and approve the full 50-foot-wide rehabilitation.
b. Taxiway A rehabilitation (2027)
c. Replace Perimeter Fence Phase 2 (2028)
d. Rehabilitate Taxiway B Aprons (2028)
e. Rehabilitate Runway 2/20 Lighting and update Airfield Guidance Signs (2029)
f. Replace Perimeter Fence Phase 3 (2029)
