VI. CONSENT AGENDA

A. MOTION TO APPROVE THE CONSENT AGENDA THAT INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING ITEMS:

1. THE MINUTES FROM THE MARCH 4, 2026 CITY COUNCIL MEETING

2. THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLES DATED MARCH 31, 2026

3.AUTHORIZE THE USE OF RIVER RUN DISC GOLF COURSE BY THE PDGA ON APRIL 11TH FROM 8 AM TO 4 PM

4.AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE BOSS LLC AND THE CITY OF GENOA FOR A TERMINABLE LICENSE TO PERMIT AN OUTDOOR AREA FOR A TRASH RECEPTACLE

This agreement allows the restaurant at 133-137 West Main Street to store their garbage receptacle on City property along the alley as there is not sufficient space onsite.

5.A PRODUCT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF GENOA AND MARCO TECHNOLOGIES FOR LABOR RELATED TO THE INTEGRATION OF A SECOND TENANT FOR THE PHONE SYSTEM

A second tenant is needed to migrate the new phone system. This tenant merges the two city domains (Police Department and Administration/Public Works) so they will seamlessly work together. The additional costs still leaves the project significantly under budget.

VII. NEW BUSINESS

A. APPROVE AND AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO SIGN A LETTER OF UNDERSTANDING WITH LAUTERBACH AND AMEN

With the appointment of a new Treasurer, the City Council has expressed interest in consulting with a firm to aid in the transition, providing a resource and tool for the new Treasurer to ensure success in the new position. This agreement is effective for the first year of the Treasurer’s employment to be used on an as-needed basis.
