Consider a request by GCHVert, LLC, EK Land LLC, and Riverbend By Grainger LLC as property owners, and Brian Grainger and By Grainger LLC as petitioners for the purpose of amending the Final Planned Unit Development for Units 3, 5, and 6 of the Riverbend Subdivision to allow for the construction and operation of two pickleball courts in unit 3 on PIN 0225275033 with common address of 601 Stearn Drive, amending the site plan to add a residential lot in Unit 5 on PIN 0225276008 with common address of 514 Winding Trail, and amending the site plan to change 4- unit buildings to 6-unit buildings in Unit 6, pursuant to the Unified Development Ordinance of Genoa for the property located at and across from 601 Stearn Drive, Genoa Illinois, 60135 and east of the intersection of Stearn Drive and Winding Trail
