PUBLIC COMMENT:

A. CALL TO ORDER:

The meeting was called to order at 4:31 p.m. by Chairman Losurdo and attendance taken by Caitlin Smith.

B. ROLL CALL:

Present 5 – Mike King, Robert Grant, Chad Earl, Deana Losurdo, and Michael Damico

Select quarterly interview dates for new hire police officers

Select interview date for lateral officers

Break the ties and approve the police officer initial eligibility register

Review and approve open session minutes and closed session minutes from December 23, 2025 and retain them as restricted
