City of Naperville Board of Fire and Police met Nov. 18.

A. CALL TO ORDER:
The meeting was called to order at 4:02 p.m. by Chairman Losurdo and attendance taken by Caitlin Smith.

Recruitment –
Testing – New hire applications are live currently 320 applications pulled
Promotional -Final phase of Sergeant process coming up 12/8 and 12/9

Promotional – Lieutenant process starting early 2026; upcoming retirements end of 2025
