Review and approve open session minutes and closed session minutes from September 26, 2023 and to retain them as restricted

1. Police Department Report

Recovering a lot of firearms from the TopGolf parking lot; continuing to monitor it

Responded to a DUI of underage man; minor injuries

Recruits are progressing well

2. Fire Department Report

Working on next test for firefighter/paramedic

CAPS event was another successful event

Fire recruitment working on CART program
