B. Motion to award the 2026 Biosolids Hauling and Land Application Contract to Stewart Spreading Inc. at $33.93 per cubic yard with option to renew
C. Resolution 26-04 entitled “A Resolution Authorizing Execution of an Agreement with Illinois Military Maintenance, LLC to Provide Janitorial Services to the City of Sandwich, IL” presented for approval in the amount of $8,580.00
D. Ordinance 2026-06 entitled “An Ordinance Authorizing the Disposal of Surplus Property in the Possession of the City of Sandwich (Surplus Municipal Vehicles and Equipment)” presented to waive first reading followed by motion to approve.
E. Resolution 26-05 entitled “Resolution Authorizing Execution of Authorization to Purchase Road Salt Utilizing the State of Illinois Joint Purchasing Contract”. Said resolution authorizes the Mayor, Superintendent of Streets, Account Payable / Payroll Clerk to be the authorized purchasers of road salt.
F. Motion to authorize Mayor Latham to enter the City of Sandwich in an agreement with MGT, not to exceed $26,000, to conduct a City Administrator recruitment and selection.
