Review of Semi – Monthly Bills:
Question about AT&T phone bill – There are 27 phones listed on the plan are all being used and why different pricing? Can we disconnect what is not needed and ask Chief Senne about the PD Phones? We were told there were different plans at one time that’s why there are different price points – squads are possibly data with air cards.
CTS of IL – Was anyone with them when they did the inspection?
G-Force – What are the Banners? There are 4 Banners for the downtown area and part of a grant we received.
LeCuyer Painting – Can we have the 3 quotes attached to the bill to support the documentation.
Zion Bank – This was a bond payment that needed to be made.
Volt Electric – Can we talk to the police to add to the accident report that the pole was hit as well so it can be turned into the persons insurance for possible reimbursement. The bill is for the cost of the pole only and not installation.
EEI – charge for Elec Charging Station we were not supposed to be charged for anything with that project. – This was for EEI to look at it for the permitting process
