Motion to recommend to the City Council the subdivision and rezoning of the property commonly known as 422 W Church Street, Sandwich, IL 60548 from A-1 to M-2, subject to the property being annexed into the City, and subject to the execution and approval of an annexation agreement between the City of Sandwich and MLC Entities, LLC.

A. Preliminary Discussion on Code Upgrades

Discuss the Building Department’s desire to update city codes to a more current edition, align all code books onto the same cycle, and change/update/add/remove amendments as needed.
