A. Discuss possible modification of Section 98-145 the zoning chapter of the Sandwich Municipal Code (a/k/a Sandwich Zoning Ordinance) to modify the approach slope of a runway protection zone (RPZ) from 20:1 to 15:1 in accordance with requirements of the State of Illinois Department of Aviation.
B. Discussion of Section 98-31 of the City of Sandwich Municipal Code regarding a possible amendment to section 98-31 (g) – annexation of land used for agricultural purposes (98-31(g) – remove “shall be automatically classified under this chapter as an AG Agricultural District” and replace with “may be classified as R1 One-Family Residence District or AG Agricultural District as agreed to by the city and the owner”
C. Discussion of possible authorization of text amendment to Zoning Ordinance re: 2025-08, which changed the RPZ in Section 98-145 of Municipal Code
D. Discussion of possible Annexation Agreement for 903 W. Center St.
E. Discussion of possible amendment to Section 98-32 of the Municipal Code to remove 40-acre requirement for AG District (98-32 (b)(2) and 98-32(d)(1))
