• Shabbona Community Fire Protection District: Steve Klopfenstein reappointed for a three-year term beginning May 1, 2026 and expiring April 30, 2029.

• Kishwaukee Water Reclamation District Board: Anna Ray reappointed for a three year term beginning May 1, 2026 and expiring April 30, 2029.

For the bid opening on March 26, 2026, Resolution R2026-036 awards the low bid meeting specification out of 1 bidder to Civil Constructors, Inc. dba Helm Civil, of Freeport, Illinois in the amount of $930,598.85. The estimate of cost was $998,574.24.

Resolution R2026-049 – A Resolution Approving a Preliminary Engineering Agreement with Engineering Resource Associates, of Warrenville, Illinois for the County’s Glidden Road Bridge Structures Project, Section #26-00293-00-BR, in the amount of $467,240.00. This Resolution is to approve an Engineering Agreement with Engineering Resource Associates, of Warrenville, Illinois to provide Phase I & Phase II Preliminary Engineering for the replacement of structure number 019-3049, located 0.4 miles south of Base Line Road; and structure number 019-3052, located 0.2 miles north of Maple Road. in the amount of $467,240.00. The estimate of the local funding cost not to exceed $467,240.00.

l. Resolution R2026-050 – A Resolution Approving a Preliminary Engineering Agreement with Strand Associates, Inc., of Joliet, Illinois for the Goble Road Bridge Project in Paw Paw Township, Section #26-11117-01-BR, in the amount of $207,803.00. This Resolution is to approve an Engineering Agreement with Strand Associates, Inc., of Joliet, Illinois to provide Phase I & Phase II Preliminary Engineering for the replacement to structure number 019-5512, section number 26-11117-01-BR on Goble Road located in Paw Paw Road Township in the amount of $207,803.00. The estimate of the local funding cost not to exceed $207,803.00.
