The Executive Committee of the DeKalb County Board met in Sycamore, Illinois on Tuesday, April 22, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. Those present were Committee Members Bagby, Campbell, Crawford, Lampkins, Plote, and Board Chair Frieders. Ilenikhena, Pickett, and Vice-Chair Webb were absent at the time of roll call. A quorum was established with six Members present and three absent.
Others present were County Human Resource Manager Tim Neubert and County Clerk & Recorder Tasha Sims.
APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA
Crawford moved to approve the agenda as presented. Lampkins seconded the motion and it was carried by voice vote.
PUBLIC COMMENTS
There were no public comments.
EXECUTIVE SESSION
Campbell moved to enter into Executive Session for the purposes of discussing personnel provided for in 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(1) at 6:02 p.m. Plote seconded the motion and it was carried by a 6-0-3 roll call vote. Those voting aye were Members Bagby, Campbell, Crawford, Lampkins, Plote, and Chair Frieders.
Webb arrived during Executive Session.
The Committee entered back into their Open Meeting at 7:02 p.m.
ADJOURNMENT
Bagby moved to adjourn the meeting at 7:02 p.m. Plote seconded the motion and it was approved by voice vote.
