a. Resolution FP-R2025-012—A Resolution Approving the Payment of Forest Preserve Claims for July 2025, and Off-Cycle Claims Paid During the Previous Month, Including All Claims for Travel, Meals, and Lodging, in the Amount of $172,613.51.

b. Resolution FP-R2025-013—A Resolution Approving the Payment of Forest Preserve Claims for August 2025, and Off-Cycle Claims Paid During the Previous Month, Including All Claims for Travel, Meals, and Lodging, in the Amount of $270,135.10.

6. Reports of Forest Preserve Officials: Move to accept and place on file the following Reports of Forest Preserve Officials. Cash & Investments in Forest Preserve Bank Accounts – June & July 2025
