Ali Evanson is the owner of an approximately 9.45-acre property located at 28234 Brickville Road, in Sycamore Township. She has requested approval of an application to establish and operate a dog boarding facility on the subject property. The subject property is zoned A-1, Agricultural District. The required public hearing for the Special Use Permit was conducted by Hearing Officer Dale Clark on February 19, 2026. Mr. Clark has made his findings of fact and recommended that the Special Use Permit be granted with conditions. (Petition SY-26-03)
