Genoa home prices rise in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Genoa rose by $14,298 while total sales decreased by 57.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $141,204 - a 11.3% increase over the $126,906 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Genoa in the second half of 2017.
