Cortland home prices rise in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Cortland rose by $3,100 while total sales decreased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $124,100 - a 2.6% increase over the $121,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Cortland in the second half of 2017.
