DeKalb home prices rise in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in DeKalb rose by $39,995 while total sales decreased by 52.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $120,803 - a 49.5% increase over the $80,808 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 23 homes sold in DeKalb in the second half of 2017.
