Kingston home prices rise in December 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2019 in Kingston rose by $95,000 while total sales increased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2019, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $200,000 - a 90.5% increase over the $105,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Kingston in December 2018.

The median sales tax in Kingston for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $4,781, approximately 2.4% of the median home sale price for December 2019.
