On Sunday, April 27, former Sycamore High School standout Tommy Townsend’s current college team, the Butler Bulldogs, lost 7-2 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Seton Hall Pirates.

The game took place at Mike Sheppard, Sr. Stadium at Owen T. Carroll Field. This was their third matchup against the Pirates this season.

The Bulldogs’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, April 29 at 3:30 p.m. at Rocky and Berenice Miller Park against Northwestern Wildcats.
