The Special Board Meeting of the Shabbona Village Board was called to order by Village President Donald J.  Goncher at 6:30 P.M. via Zoom conference room

OPENING OF MEETING/MEETING GUIDELINES/ ROLL CALL 

Pursuant to OMA Remote Meeting Legislation PA100-0640(SB2135) signed by Governor Pritzker on June 12, 2020, all votes must be roll call during a remote meeting-from the opening of meeting up to and including adjournment. An officer must be present during the meeting at the regular meeting room, Marc Cinnamon is present in the regular meeting room. This meeting is being recorded. Roll Call Vote: Marc Cinnamon-aye, Allison Kidd-Probst aye, Josh Clark-aye, Richard Lockowitz-aye, Joy Fay-aye, David Simpson-absent. 5-1 absent. Trustee Simpson joined the meeting at 6:33pm.

CITIZENS ADDRESSING THE BOARD: None

NEW BUSINESS

A. RESOLUTION 2021-06-30 Authorizing IEPA Loan Repayment Funds: Don Goncher read resolution into record. Marc Cinnamon motioned to approve Resolution 2021-06-30 Authorizing IEPA Loan Repayment Funds, Allison Kidd Probst seconded. Roll Call Vote: David Simpson-aye, Josh Clark-aye, Marc Cinnamon-aye, Richard Lockowitz-no, Allison Kidd-Probst-aye, Joy Fay-aye. 5-1 Motion carried.

ADJOURNMENT

Richard Lockowitz motioned for adjournment at 6:35PM, Allison Kidd-Probst seconded. Roll Call Vote: David Simpson-aye, Josh Clark-aye, Marc Cinnamon-aye, Richard Lockowitz-aye, Allison Kidd-Probst-aye, Joy Fay-aye. 6-0 Motion carried.
