Belvidere Community Unit School District 100 issued the following announcement on Nov. 10.
VETERANS DAY ASSEMBLIES: We had two amazing assemblies today at Belvidere High School and Meehan Elementary School in honor of #Veterans Day. Thank you to those in attendance.
A very special thank to those who served in the military that were in attendance at both schools. Also, a special thank you to Congressman, Rep. Adam Kinzinger who was our guest speaker at BHS.
