City of Sandwich Council will meet on Monday, Jan. 14.

Approval of Minutes from the Special Meeting of December 17, 2018, and the Committee-of-the- Whole Council Meeting of January 7, 2019.

Approval of January Semi-Monthly Bills in the total amount of $ 117,966.89

Mayor Olson:

(1) Ordinance 2018-23 entitled “An Ordinance Granting a Special Use in the R-1, One-Family Residence District Permitting a Family Child Care Home for the Property Located at 300 E. Sunset Avenue” presented for passage.

(2) Ordinance 2019-01 entitled “Supplemental Ordinance Correcting a Scrivener’s Error in Ordinance 2018-21 Entitled ‘Ordinance Abating the Tax Heretofore Levied for 2018 to Pay the Debt Service on a Portion of $5,600,000 General Obligation Waterworks Refunding Bonds (Alternate Revenue Source) of the City of Sandwich, DeKalb County and Kendall Counties, Illinois” presented for passage.

(3) Ordinance 2019-02 entitled “An Ordinance Concerning the Rezoning of the Property at 1006 E. Church Street from ‘B-3’ Service, Automotive and Wholesale Business District to ‘R-5’ General Residence District in the City of Sandwich Illinois” presented for first reading and discussion.

(4) Lauderbach & Amen Budget Update FY 2019-2020
