Genoa Animal Hospital issued the following announcement on April 9.
April 9-15 is National Dog Bite Prevention Week. Did you know that when dogs bite or show aggressive behavior, they may be in pain?
Because we are accredited by the American Animal Hospital Association, pain assessment is considered part of every patient evaluation we do, regardless of the presenting complaint.
