City of Sandwich City Council met May 8.

Mayor Olson called the meeting to order at 7:36 PM
Roll call was taken:
Present: Mayor Olson, City Clerk Ii, Aldermen Dell, Kelleher, Killey, McMahon & Redden
Aldermen Chmielewski & Robinson arrived at 7:36 PM
Alderman Surratt was absent
Also Present: Chief Bianchi, Director of Public Works / City Engineer Horak, EMA Director Ciciora, WSPY Reporter Jim Wyman; & Ward 4
Alderman-Elect Fred Kreinbrink
A draft copy of the proposed budget was distributed for review by Council. It was noted that some line items from past budgets have been consolidated for better tracking as a means for a more coherent understanding`. There was no discussion on proposed projects or staff salaries; however, time was allotted to explain line items to Alderman-Elect Kreinbrink. The next budget meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, April 10th, with Lauterbach & Amen present for an in-depth discussion on the 2019-2020 budget.
Adjournment There being no further business to come before the Committee, motion made by Alderman Redden and seconded by Alderman Robinson to adjourn the Budget Meeting 8:49 PM. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote.
