City of Sandwich Finance Committee met May 20.

Finance Chairwoman Killey called the meeting to order at 8:23 PM
Roll call was taken:
Present: Aldermen Dell & Killey; City Clerk Ii
Review of semi-monthly bills: Bills were reviewed to be submitted for payment approval at the
Regular Meeting of May 28th, 2019.
New Business: There was question about the DACRA software for the police department regarding the annual payment. Chief Bianchi will check to clarify the contract dates.
Audience Comments: Audience members included Aldermen Chmielewski, Kelleher, Kreinbrink, City Treasurer Webber, Chief Bianchi, WSPY reporter Jim Wyman, and City Attorney Harrill. Alderman Kreinbrink distributed a RFP (Request for Proposal) template that he would like to see the City use for auditor quotes. Alderwoman Chmielewski questioned the invoices for cleaning services for the police department and City Hall. Separate vendors are used, and although the costs are similar, the dates of service versus costs are in question.
Adjournment There being no further business to come before the Committee, motion made by Alderman Dell and seconded by Alderwoman Killey to adjourn the Finance Committee meeting at 8:45 PM. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote.
