Village of Hinckley Committee of the Whole met Oct. 14.

Here is the minutes provided by the committee:

CALL THE MEETING TO ORDER: Meeting was called to order by Trustee Nier at 6:30 PM. Present: Trustees Rob Zimmermann, Jeff Nier, Louis Manivong, and Christine Clark. Quorum Established.

Absent: Village President Nelson, Trustees Constant and Riforgiate.

Also Present: Village Clerk Elizabeth Losiniecki, Attorneys Kurlinkus and Szeto, Carolyn Grieves, Amanda Streicher and Richard Gallas - Baxter & Woodman, and Members of the Public.

The pledge to the flag was recited.

° Baxter & Woodman Presentation

Representatives from Baxter & Woodman provided an overview of engineering services provided by their company. The company was founded in 1946 and has 12 offices in Illinois, Wisconsin and Florida. Their services span all engineering disciplines except soil testing. There was a brief discussion regarding blower motor drives and TONKA system experts on staff. Trustees were provided with a presentation handout.

ADJOURMENT

Motion: Trustee Manivong moved to adjourn the meeting at 6:57 PM. Trustee Clark seconded the motion. Voice Vote: All members voted yes. Motion carried.
