Illinois state Rep. Jeff Keicher (R-Sycamore) is providing motorists in his 70th District with a battery of winter weather driving safety tips.
Keicher’s tips include slowing down, making sure you’re wearing a seat belt, filling your gas tank and knowing if your vehicle is equipped with anti-lock brakes. In addition, motorists are strongly advised to take the wheel only when necessary and never to do so while under the influence.
Nearing the end of his first year in Springfield, Keicher sits on the House’s Appropriations-Higher Education, Elementary Secondary Education School Curriculum Policies, and Higher Education committees.
His 70th District includes all of Kane and Boone counties and parts of DeKalb County.
