City of Sandwich Finance Committee met November 4.
Here is the minutes as provided by the committee:
Finance Chairwoman Killey called the meeting to order at 9:12 PM
Roll call was taken:
Present: Aldermen Dell, Killey & Kreinbrink; City Clerk Ii
Also Present: Aldermen Kelleher & Redden; WSPY Reporter Jim Wyman
Review of Semi-Monthly Bills: Bills were reviewed to be submitted for payment approval at the Regular Meeting of November 11th , 2019.
New Business: None
Old Business: Alderman Kreinbrink reported that Newkirk (auditors) has one more visit with City Hall staff to finalize findings. Once the audit is complete, Bill Newkirk will present the audit to the finance committee prior to the audit being presented to the Council. Dates are unknown, but the City has filed for an extension with the State.
Audience Comments: Jim Wyman had general questions on various billings asking for explanation.
Adjournment: There being no further business to come before the Committee, motion made by Alderman Kreinbrink, and seconded by Alderman Dell, to adjourn at 9:30 PM. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote.
