Those in attendance: John Guio and Dan Cribben, Members; Michelle Christensen, Interim Clerk; appellant and attorneys.

I. Call to order: Meeting called to order at 9:03 am.

II. Roll call: All present. B~b Merriman absent.

Ill. Approval of minutes from last meeting: Dan made a motion to approve Jan 29, 2020 minutes, John seconded. All in favor, motion passes.

IV. Public Comments: None

V. Hearings

      a. Board of Review - Board reviewed, heard and made a decision on 7 appeals. See attached hearing list.

VI. Work Load:

      a. Review to Approve/ Deny Disabled Person Exemptions: None

      b. Review to Approve / Deny Disabled Veteran Exemptions: None

      c. Review to Approve / Deny Senior Exemptions: None

      d. Review to for Recommendation for Non-Homestead Exemptions: None

      e. Review of and Prepare for PTAB Appeals: None

VII. Other Business: Board reviewed and approved 1 Request for Correction.

VIII. Adjournment: Dan moved to adjourn; John seconded. All in favor, so moved. Meeting adjourned at 12:42 pm.
