Dekalb County Board of Review met Jan. 15.

I. Call to order: Meeting called to order at 9:02 am.
II. Roll call: All present.
Ill. Approval of minutes from last meeting: Bob made a motion to approve Jan 14, 2020 meeting minutes. Dan seconds the motion. All in favor, motion passed.
IV. Public Comments: None
V. Hearings
a. Non-Homestead - None
b. Board of Review - Board reviewed, heard and made a decision on 13 appeals of which 1 was a stipulation. See attached list.
c. PTAB - None
VI. Work Load:
a. Review to Approve / Deny Disabled Person Exemptions: None
b. Review to Approve / Deny Disabled Veteran Exemptions: None
c. Review to Approve/ Deny Senior Exemptions: None
d. Review to for Recommendation for Non-Homestead Exemptions: None
e. Review of and Prepare for PTAB Appeals: Reviewed and began preparation for 1 PTAB appeal.
VII. Other Business: Board reviewed and approved 8 Mapping Changes.
VIII. Adjournment: Bob moved to adjourn; Dan seconded. All in favor, so moved. Meeting adjourned at 3:13 pm.
