Call to Order
Board Member, Jake Wesner called the Digital Genoa-Kingston CUSD #424 Policy Committee Meeting to order at 9:00 am.
Physically Present: Board Member, Jake Wesner
Also Physically Present: Superintendent, Brent O’Daniell
Digitally Present: Board Member, Julie Ratliff
Absent: None.
Public hearings, petitions, questions and comments from guests and visitors
There were no public hearings, petitions, questions and comments from guests and visitors
Review of Building Staff Handbooks, Chrome Book Handbook, and Department SOP's
The Policy Committee reviewed all Building Staff and Chrome Book Handbooks as well as Department SOP’s with minimal changes.
Mr. Wesner will recommend approval at the June 23, 2020 Board of Education Meeting as presented.
Review of Board Policy 6:190 - Extracurricular and Co-Curricular Activities
The Policy Committee reviewed Board Policy 6:190 with minimal changes.
Mr. Wesner will recommend 30-day public display at the June 9 Special Board of Education Meeting with final approval on July 28, 2020.
Adjournment
A motion was made by Mr. Wesner, and second by Mrs. Ratliff, to adjourn the Policy Committee Meeting at 9:28 am.
