Public Notice is Hereby Given that the Board of Education of Community Unit School District Number 427, DeKalb and Kane Counties, Illinois (the “School Board”), will hold a special meeting of the School Board on the 8th day of December, 2020, at 7:00 o’clock P.M., at the Sycamore High School Building, 427 Spartan Trail, Sycamore, Illinois.
The Agenda for the Meeting is as follows:
1. Resolution declaring the intention to issue $20,000,000 Working Cash Fund Bonds for the purpose of increasing the District’s Working Cash Fund, and directing that notice of such intention be published in the manner provided by law.
2. Resolution setting forth and describing in detail claims heretofore authorized and allowed for proper school purposes which are presently outstanding and unpaid, declaring the intention to issue $2,900,000 bonds for the purpose of paying claims against the District, and directing that notice of such intention be published as provided by law.
