DeKalb County Board of Review met Dec. 3.
Here is the minutes provided by the board:
Those in attendance: Dan Cribben, John Linderoth and Brian Rosenow, Members; Bridget Nodurft,
Interim CCAO, and Michelle Christensen, Interim Clerk.
I. Call to order: Meeting called to order at 9:00 am.
II. Roll call: All present. Michelle arrived meeting at 9:15 am.
III. Review Agenda for Approval / Amendment: John moved to approve agenda as is. Brian 2nd motion. All in favor, motion passed.
IV. Approval of minutes from last meeting: John moved to approve December 2, 2020 minutes. Brian seconded motion. All in favor, motion passed.
V. Public Comments: None
VI. 2020 Board of Review Hearings: Board heard and made a decision on 9 Waive Appeals submitted.
VII. Other Business: Board members will set a time to come into office individually to sign final decisions. December 9 will be a regular working meeting and December 10 will be all telephone hearings.
VIII. Adjournment: Brian moved to adjourn; John seconded. All in favor, so moved. Meeting adjourned at 11:15 am.
