1. 2021 Brush Pickup Program: Monday, April 19th- Ward 3 

2. Hydrant flushing to begin on Monday, April 26th and last through Thursday, April  29th. It is expected that the hydrant flushing will begin by 8:00 a.m. and end by  4:00 p.m. each day. 

3. The City has completed the Rock Salt CY21/22 Survey through Central  Management Services for a renewal of the road salt contract for 2021/2022 for  600 tons @ 80% min/120% max. The 2020/2021 bid was for 600 tons @ 80%  min/120% max. The 2020/2021 rock salt usage is estimated at 800 tons. 

4. Traffic Signal Master Agreement between the City of Sandwich and IDOT – Defines the maintenance responsibilities and the allocation of maintenance  expenses of the eight signalized intersections within the City of Sandwich. Agreement term is July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2031.
