In an Aug. 9 Facebook post, Rep. Jeff Keicher (R-Sycamore) urged his constituents to vote for Illinois State Police in the AAST "Best Looking Cruisier" contest.
“The 9th Annual AAST America's Best Looking Cruisier calendar contest is underway!" Keicher posted. "Voting will run through 4 p.m. CST Aug. 25, 2022. The top 13 states receiving votes will be featured on the respective months on the 2023 American Association of State Troopers Calendar. The top state will adorn the cover in addition to the month of January 2023."
He posted a link to vote.
"Voting will be our best chance for our Illinois State Police to take home the Best Looking Cruiser bragging rights!” said Keicher.
According to WSILTV, the winner of the competition will grace the front of the next AAST calendar. All proceeds from sales of the American Association of State Troopers calendar will go toward the American Association of State Troopers Foundation.
Keicher was first elected to the Illinois House in 2018. His legislative experience includes serving on the Appropriations-Higher Education, and Immigration & Human Rights committees. Keicher resides in DeKalb.
