Public Hearing – A petition by DeKalb County Community Gardens for approval of the rezoning from the “LC” Light Commercial District to the “PD-C” Planned Development Commercial District for an 8-acre site located along the east side of N. Annie Glidden Rd., south of Twombly Rd. and north of Ridge Dr. The proposed facility will include a community health education and food center, community building, greenhouses and accessory uses.
