1. Public Hearing – A petition by OLPOA Properties LLC, represented by Neville Gallon, for approval of the rezoning of the subject site at 122 Cotton Ave. from the “SFR-2” Single-Family Residential District to the “TFR” Two Family Residential District and requesting a special use permit to allow two dwelling units on a lot that does not meet the minimum lot size requirements.

2. Public Hearing – A petition by Habitat for Humanity of DeKalb County, represented by Kim McIver, for approval of the rezoning of the subject site at 1209 Pleasant St. from the “LC” Light Commercial District to the “RC-1” Residential Conservation District, a special use permit to allow a two-family dwelling unit (duplex), and approval of a minor subdivision plat.
