d) Board resolution assigning Authorized Agents having the authority to facilitate transfers between the Pension Fund and IPOPIF.
e) Discussion of amount of money to hold in reserve after transfer to IPOPIF. Discussion of amount of money to have IPOPIF send us each month.
f) Board resolution adding Susan Hauman as an authorized signer to FNBO account.
g) Election results.
