Approval of Minutes from the Committee-of-the-Whole Council Meeting of January 3, 2017; also approval of minutes of the Special Council Meeting held on December 19, 2016. Reminder, the regular meeting scheduled for Tuesday, December 27th, 2016, was cancelled, and therefore there are no minutes to be approved.

Approval of January Semi-Monthly Bills totaling $ 142,470.29

Mayor Olson: (1) Update on City’s Electrical Aggregation Program. The City’s program will expire in February, 2017. 

(2) Resolution 17-01. This Resolution will adjust building permit fees subject to fire department review and inspection. 

(3) Surplus Property Auction to be held on Saturday, January 14th, 2017. Inspection of items to be sold will be start at 9 AM followed by the auction to be held at 10 PM at the police department located at 308 E. College Street.

(1) 2016 Clark Street Emergency Generator Project: Recommendation of pay request #2 in an amount of $210,420.29 to Halm Electrical Contracting, Inc.

a. Woodlake Landing along Wright Court, Wright Drive, Gletty Road, and Church Street

b. In the rear yards between Cedar Street and Elm Street generally from 6th Street to McQuown Street

(3) Plan Commission regular meeting of Tuesday, January 10, 2017 has been canceled.

(4) Electronics Recycling on Saturday, January 14, 2017 from 12:30 to 2:30 pm at the Duvick Avenue water tower, 750 N. Duvick Avenue.
