The Service Department will remove the old signs and the stone near the playground. Tree identification signs - Drew Geers brought a prototype for the sign and the mounting post. The group suggested that Drew contact Home Depot for 4x4 donation or Eads Fence for potential scrap 4x4s. Bill Bennett is the contact at Eads Fence. Pat will work with Drew on the web content for tree information. George is working with Drew on the signs. Kayla recommended putting the web address on the signs as well as some people may not have a QR reader app on their phone. Website design - The park information will remain a part of the Township website. Some of Kayla's suggestions were to pull in Google maps for park locations, as well as including trail maps, park events, field hours/scheduling, tree iD, meeting minutes, amenities, photo gallery. Need to determine how it is organized and how much content to include with maintenance as a consideration. We need to determine the most important items. The Master Plan including a call to action for volunteers and donations. The committee should also consider a mission statement or a listing of objectives/goals. Next step is Kayla will work on a "straw man” (structure) in a Word document for the committee's review.

d. Park information Board-George did some research and had forwarded to Mark Cann. Price ranges will start around $1,500 and up. The committee will need to determine what is needed. George is to send information to Doug.
