Public Hearing, to consider a request from Mary and Matt Keys, as property owners for approval of a Special Use Permit for a Bed and Breakfast use for the property located at 231 South Sycamore Street, currently zoned "CR", City Residential District, and occupied by an existing two story residential structure. The parcel is located along the west side of South Sycamore Street, east of Genoa Street, north of Church Street, and south of West Main Street (Route 72).The request for approval of the Special Use Permit, as proposed by the petitioner, is further outlined in the project review report.
