A detailed review of individual fines revealed that Citizens for Tim Johnson was the only campaign committee in Sycamore that was delinquent in payment for January 2017, according to the Illinois State Board of Elections.
The largest fine that Citizens for Tim Johnson has yet to pay was imposed on March 19, 2012, for a late quarterly report. The amount of this fine alone is $350.
