Governance – IGA And Bylaws Amendments

Approval Of Revised DSATS IGA And Policy Bylaws (Action)

Member organization attorneys have finalized the revised DSATS IGA and Policy Committee Bylaws. Staff looks to have the PC approve the final IGA and Bylaws before having the member organizations governing bodies approval the final IGA.

ACTION: Approval of the final DSATS IGA and Policy Committee Bylaws with the IGA to be forwarded to the member organizations governing bodies for final approval.

Roadway Agenda

Update On DSATS Traffic Count Locations

The DSATS’ TAC approved locations for the 2018 traffic counts. Earlier in the year, DSATS purchased video traffic counters in anticipation that DSATS and member organization staff people would perform traffic counts in-house, rather than contract out those services. Staff is providing an overview of selected locations for members review and comments. A memo identifying locations and proposed changes is included.
