DeKalb County Highway Department DSATS Policy Committee will meet November 14.

3. Governance – IGA And Bylaws Amendments
3.a. Approval Of Revised DSATS IGA And Policy Bylaws (Action)
Member organization staff have revised the original IGA and Bylaws to transfer the fiscal agent for DSATS from the City of DeKalb to DeKalb County, so that the member organization governing boards can approve the changes prior to January 1, 2019.
Action: Approval of the final DSATS IGA and Policy Committee Bylaws with the IGA to be forwarded to the member organizations governing bodies for final approval.
4. Roadway Agenda
4.a. Approval Of Proposed STU 2020-2024 Projects And Corresponding SFY19-23 TIP Amendment 2 (Action)
Existing and proposed projects seeking STU funding for SFY 2020 – 2024 will be present to members for review. Staff will be seeking a recommendation to approve the proposed STU projects to be submitted to IDOT for review and approval and update the DSATS SFY19-23 TIP to include the proposed STU Projects. The DSATS SFY19- 23 TIP Amendment 2 is currently under a public comment period until Friday, November 16, 2018. Members can choose to approve the Amendment contingent upon staff addressing any additional comments received by November 16, 2018. Members may also choose to delay approval of the TIP Amendment 2 until the next meeting of the PC, after the public comment period is completed.
Action: Approve the proposed SFY 2020-2024 STU funded projects to be submitted to IDOT for funding approval and approve the corresponding SFY19-23 TIP Amendment 2 changes, contingent upon staff addressing any comments received during the public comment period.
4.b. DSATS SFY19-23 TIP Revision 4
Staff has processed an IDOT Advanced Construction (AC) Notice and is notifying members that staff has processed the request from IDOT. This request changes the Intersection improvement at Annie Glidden and West Fairview Drive from Advanced Construction to Financially Active.

Staff will provide an update on the Bus Shelter Project.
