Approval of October 10, 2018, Bylaws Subcommittee Agenda.
3. Approval Of Minutes (Action)
Approval of the July 30, 2018, Special Bylaws Subcommittee meeting minutes. Due to lack of IGA and Bylaws revisions being submitted by member organization attorney’s, the August 22, 2018 DSATS Special Bylaws Subcommittee meeting and October 10, 2018 meeting were canceled.
4. Public Comment
5. Approval Of Revised DSATS IGA And Policy Bylaws (Action)
Member organization staff have revised the original IGA and Bylaws to transfer the fiscal agent for DSATS from the City of DeKalb to DeKalb County, so that the member organization governing boards can approve the changes prior to January 1, 2019.
Action: Recommend approval of the final DSATS IGA and Policy Committee Bylaws by the DSATS Policy Committee.
