City of Dekalb DSATS Technical Advisory Committee will meet on Wednesday, Dec. 5.

5. DSATS SFY19-23 TIP Amendment 3 Public Hearing
DSATS will hold a public hearing on proposed changes to the SFY19-23 TIP in regard to
adding the Sycamore Park District Great Western Trail extension project to the TIP.
6. Recommend Approval Of SFY19-23 TIP Amendment 3 (Action)
Staff is seeking a recommendation to approve the SFY19-23 TIP Amendment 3 to add the Sycamore Park District ITEP project for an additional extension to the Great Western Trail.
ACTION: Recommend the Policy Committee approve the SFY19-23 TIP Amendment 3 contingent upon staff addressing any public comments received during the public comment period, which ends on December 12, 2018.
7. DSATS SFY19-23 TIP Revision 4
Staff has processed an IDOT Advanced Construction (AC) Notice and is notifying members that staff has processed the request from IDOT. This request changes the Intersection improvement at Annie Glidden and West Fairview Drive from Advanced Construction to Financially Active. The DSATS PC has already been notified of the action taken.
8. Update On Traffic Counts Project
Staff will provide an update on the traffic counts project currently being conducted by DSATS and member organization staffs.
9. Staff And Project Updates
Updates from staff and local member organizations on projects.
10. What's New With Our State And Federal Partners
Updates from IDOT, FHWA, and FTA Staff on what is happening at the state and federal level.
11. Additional Business
Any additional business members may have for the group.
