City of Sandwich Finance Committee met December 3.
Here is the minutes as provided by the committee:
Finance Chairwoman Killey called the meeting to order at 8:00 pm
Roll call was taken:
Present: Aldermen Killey & Robinson; City Treasurer Webber
Absent: City Clerk Ii & Alderman Dell
Approval of Minutes for August 6 & 20, 2018; September 4 & 17, 2018; October 1 & 15, 2018; and November 5 & 12, 2018 was tabled until the next finance committee meeting due to the absence of Alderman Dell and City Clerk Ii.
Review of semi-monthly bills: Bills reviewed to be submitted for payment approval at the Regular Council Meeting scheduled for Monday, December 10th, 2018.
New Business - None
Audience Comments – WSPY reporter Jim Wyman questioned why microphones / speakers were not turned on.
Adjournment
There being no further business to come before the Committee, motion made by Alderwoman Killey and seconded by Alderman Robinson to adjourn the Finance Committee meeting at 8:05 pm. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote.
